If you’re in charge of dessert for this 4th of July, I’ve got so many really delicious, easy to make options that will fit right into any holiday table this weekend! Let me take you through my favorite options for 4th of July desserts!
Best Fourth of July Dessert Recipes
Blondie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Starting off strong, these Blondie Ice Cream Sandwiches are insanely delicious, perfect for any summer party really, and they come together easily with store-bought vanilla ice cream. Make them ahead of time and wrap them up individually for easy serving!
Classic Berry Trifle

This recipe also lends to using store-bought pieces to help make it even easier to pull together, and it makes a very large amount of dessert, perfect for any big gatherings you’re having for the 4th of July! This is a family favorite for us, and I originally made the recipe for the 4th of July a few years ago.
Peach Raspberry Cobbler

This is a classic peach cobbler with the addition of raspberries for a tart, summery bite. It’s really easy to pull together, and you could double the recipe in a larger dish to serve a bigger crowd. Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream or cold vanilla ice cream on top for the perfect summer dessert!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies

These blondies take a classic pairing and turn them into chewy, sweet and salty bars that everyone will love. Plus, you can bake them in a sheet tray and serve them to a crowd easily.
Mini Berry Pavlova

These are a little more work to put together but they bring more of a wow-factor to any party. Pillowy, lightly crisp pavlovas filled with cream and fresh berries- they taste absolutely lovely and look beautiful too!
Jam Shortbread Bars

Another easy to make bar option that can be doubled or tripled to serve a crowd- these Jam shortbread bars have a simple, buttery shortbread crust topped with your favorite jam or preserves, and then covered with crumbled up bits of shortbread and topped with powdered sugar!
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

If you’re looking for a classic summer dessert, this Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp gives you all those summery flavors wrapped up in warm fruit with a crumble topping- it’s honestly SO good and I don’t even like fruit desserts!
